Send and accept a team invitation
Send, accept, reissue or revoke a workspace invitation.

Send an invitation
Use a named work email, not a shared account. Check the organization and intended access before sending.
- Open your workspace’s team or membership settings with permission to manage invitations.
- Enter the colleague’s exact email and select the access available in your workspace.
- Send the invitation and review its delivery state. An unexpired invitation reserves a team seat.
- Ask the colleague to open the newest email. Existing users choose Sign in to accept; new users choose Create an account and confirm their email. Both return to the invitation with that same address, then accept to open the invited workspace.
The 24-hour rule
Each new or reissued link is valid for 24 hours from issuance and can be accepted once. Reissuing invalidates the previous token and starts a fresh 24-hour window. Older pending invitations were shortened when this policy was released; an old email’s wording cannot extend the server deadline.
The email did not arrive
Verify the spelling, check spam and search for DeniFlow. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. Ask your administrator to inspect the delivery result. Retry a failed send where available; reissue an expired invitation instead of repeatedly opening its old link.
The link opens the wrong account
Sign out and use the invited address. A different address cannot accept the invitation. Platform staff identities are deliberately excluded from customer workspaces. Ask the inviter to revoke and replace an invitation sent to the wrong address.
After acceptance
Confirm the new member sees only the intended customer portfolio and sensitive fields. Review or revoke grants when responsibilities change. Do not use shared credentials to work around a permission problem.
