Trial and renewal email notices
Know when your coverage ends and where to review subscription emails.

Before coverage ends
The hourly scheduler checks for trials and paid periods ending within the next 48 hours. Active workspace owners with organization-wide billing access receive one notice per coverage date and notice type. Emails include the workspace, current catalog price, expiry date in East Africa Time and a sign-in-protected link to Plan & billing. No password, authenticator code or M-Pesa PIN is requested.
After expiry or a scheduled cancellation
A separate notice can be sent when coverage ended within the last 24 hours. Older expired workspaces do not receive a historical backlog. Cancellation at the paid-through date produces an access-ending notice instead of a renewal request. Suspended or already-cancelled subscriptions do not receive renewal notices. Permitted existing records and exports remain accessible; creating and updating financial records requires active coverage.
Payment, retries and email history
Before dispatch, DeniFlow checks the current subscription, price, billing cycle, cancellation state and owner access. A changed or renewed subscription cancels an outdated queued notice. Temporary failures retry with the same payload and provider key, up to five attempts and only within a 23-hour safety window. Permanent or uncertain exhausted outcomes require review. View Subscription emails in Plan & billing. Provider accepted confirms acceptance by Resend, not inbox delivery or payment settlement. A payment that is still pending or uncertain does not extend coverage; review its status before paying again.
