Choose the billing country

Kenya uses KES, Uganda UGX, Tanzania TZS, Rwanda RWF, Burundi BIF and DR Congo CDF. The Republic of the Congo uses XAF. Country may be suggested by the hosting edge, but VPNs and travel can make it inaccurate. Confirm the country of the business before proceeding. Precise device location is optional and is not required for billing.

Save the amount before payment

The KES plan catalog is the pricing anchor. Public country prices are estimates converted with Frankfurter’s latest available daily reference rate. Billing → Your billing currency creates a saved quote with the currency, monthly amount, optional agreed onboarding, rate date and 24-hour expiry. The saved amount is not repriced when rates move.

1. Open Plan & billing as an authorized business owner.
2. Confirm the billing country and whether the currently agreed onboarding fee is included.
3. Create the quote and review its currency, amount, rate date and expiry.
4. Share its quote reference with billing support and confirm payment instructions.
5. Staff independently check the actual receipt and record it against the quote to activate the agreed period.

When the rate or quote is unavailable

Rates are cached for up to one hour. A rate older than seven days is not accepted for billing; weekends and public holidays may mean the latest publication predates today. Unavailable rates stop quote creation. Expired quotes and changed plan prices cannot be recorded. Obtain a fresh quote before paying. A reference rate is not your bank or payment provider’s guaranteed conversion rate.

Understand the financial boundary

Regional currency conversion applies to DeniFlow subscription billing. Existing invoices, customer payments, allocation history and receivables reporting remain in KES. A saved quote neither initiates a payment nor confirms settlement. The regional receipt retains the original local amount and rate alongside its KES pricing basis.
