Add a bank account or payment channel
Save verified receiving details and understand what is connected.

Save your receiving details
Open Organization settings and choose Receiving accounts. Use the KES or USD selector in the workspace header before adding an account. Only owners or authorized settings administrators can manage these details.
- Choose Add account and give it a name your team recognizes.
- Select Bank account, Cash book, or a KES M-Pesa channel. For a bank account, enter the bank name and receiving account number.
- Enter customer-facing payment instructions and record who verified these details. Do not enter bank login passwords, PINs or API keys.
- Save, then choose this account on the appropriate invoice, receipt or cheque. USD receipts require a matching USD account.
Saved details are not a live bank connection
This records where your business receives money. It does not sign into your bank, register a Paybill, create an automatic transaction feed or confirm a settlement. Palpluss subscription payments pay for DeniFlow itself; they do not detect money paid to your business.
Match money against real evidence
Record an incoming bank transfer, cash receipt or KES M-Pesa receipt after checking the source. Import a statement under Payments → Statement review and review exact matches. A statement match still does not make an imported or manually entered receipt provider-verified. Cheques remain pending until bank clearance is recorded.
Change or retire an account safely
Archive a receiving account when it should no longer be offered for new entries. Historical records keep it. Clear or return pending cheques before archiving their account. To replace incorrect details, verify and add the correct account and archive the old one. Never rewrite an issued document to hide a change.
