Start with the right capacity
The trial lasts 14 days from workspace creation. Published monthly plans are Starter (KES 1,500, 100 customers, 2 team members), Business (KES 3,500, 500 customers, 5 members) and Growth (KES 7,500, 2,000 customers, 15 members). Check the current pricing page and your confirmed subscription for the applicable offer.
What uses a seat
Archived customers still count toward the customer limit. Active members and unexpired invitations use team capacity. Remove or revoke unnecessary access deliberately; do not archive financial history to bypass limits.
Move to paid access
There is no automatic card charge. Confirm the plan and payment instructions with authorized staff. Access is updated after the agreed payment is recorded. Do not send a customer’s collection payment as a DeniFlow subscription payment.
Onboarding and cancellation
Optional assisted onboarding is KES 6,500 once for an agreed scope. Confirm the import, training and support work in writing before paying. Self-service setup does not require it. Owners can cancel through billing settings. At the end of an eligible trial or paid period, financial writes stop while authorized history and exports remain available. Cancellation does not automatically delete your business records.
Need different limits or a refund review?
Use the public contact form for a capacity or commercial request. Include the plan and payment reference, but no passwords. Custom scope, timing and any refund arrangement must be confirmed; the application does not promise an automatic refund.
