Save and share a credit invoice
Review a saved draft, issue once and send a dated PDF safely.
Draft, review, issue
In the invoice composer, complete the customer, currency, line items, dates and any receiving account. Save draft stores those details without adding debt. Resume it under Invoices → Drafts. Conflicting saves require reloading the latest revision. Issuing creates the financial record once; corrections use the existing credit-note or void flow.
Download or email the PDF
Open an issued invoice. Authorized exporters can download its PDF. For email, use Review email, check the current recipient and document, and confirm permission to contact that customer. The PDF includes the recorded business identity, contacts, currency, payment instructions and dated settlement position. New invoices retain issuance-time company details; legacy invoices use the available current details.
Read delivery history
One email request per invoice is allowed within 24 hours. Temporary or uncertain failures retain the original attachment and provider key for safe retries. Retries stop before the provider window expires. A void invoice, changed recipient or revoked sender permissions cancels pending mail. Provider accepted means the provider accepted the request; it does not prove inbox delivery. This document is not an eTIMS tax invoice.
