New and reissued workspace invitations now expire 24 hours after issuance. Existing pending links were shortened too. Ask your administrator to reissue an old expired link. Email wording and documentation reflect the new limit.

The collection queue prioritizes permitted overdue accounts and upcoming commitments. Review disputes and unallocated credit before following up. WhatsApp drafts require an explicit contact-permission check, and contact logging remains manually reported.

Bank and M-Pesa CSV review supports exact matching to posted receipts. Duplicate evidence is checked using stable source and transaction identifiers. No automatic payment creation, fuzzy allocation or provider confirmation is implied.
